Clip from reimagined Shanghai Angel: Finding Rosa on Angel Island in the Barracks where my grandmother was detained. @jim_granato (videographer)
American soprano and Yiddish chanteuse Heather Klein follows her passion of “painting pictures” with her voice – interpreting and inhabiting characters and bringing stories to life.
Musical selections from NewCaje Mainstage. My Mi Chamocha, Terezin Nign (learned from hungarian survivor) and my arrangement of Yankele/Hashkiveinu.
